Service Description
Combining the Science of Movement with a passion for Fitness is how we efficiently earn our right to be as Healthy, Fit, & Functional as possible. Little by little, little becomes a lot. The ‘How’ is fairly straightforward, no matter the 'Who'. To start, we must stabilize the foundation. An all to common error occurring in the workout realm is having improper form/posture and lifting weights. In doing so, one is loading dysfunction and making the dysfunction stronger. Once the skeleton, or foundation, is stable, we can safely prescribe the best exercises to effectively "build" your healthiest you that's most likely to withstand whatever life throws your way.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling within 48 hours of an appointment, or simply not showing up, earns a cancellation fee totaling 100% of the appointment price.
